Deliveries are made by our own means where distance permits, otherwise we entrust the material to our logistics partners who can handle and ship the goods quickly.
If the material is delivered by our means all information regarding deliveries should be requested from the logistics department (logistica@alunovagroup.com), for shipments by logistics partner the tracking code will be provided.
In case of special requirements for receiving the material please notify us when ordering. Delivery will be handled with your requests in mind.
All of our products follow European directives on warranty and quality.
Before accepting the goods, please check the integrity of the packaging and the number of packages, which must match the number written on the courier’s bulletin. If the packaging is damaged, you must sign the courier’s delivery note with specific reserve of control, indicating the damage you found (e.g. sign with specific reserve of control for folded packaging). If the courier does not allow you to place the reservation, please contact us immediately. If, despite the integrity of the packaging, the material inside is damaged, the damage must be reported within 8 days of receipt of the goods.
In case of damaged or missing material, our logistics department should be notified immediately at logistica@alunovagroup.com or by fax to +39.0442.794501. You will then be contacted to agree on restoration arrangements and be notified of the timeline. On average, our restoration work does not exceed 15 working days.
All sales and technical staff of Alunova Ltd. are extensively trained to provide all necessary assistance in product selection. The customer is followed from the initial stage with advice on the most appropriate system to the final stage of installation by providing illustrative sheets but also direct telephone assistance.
Through our dedicated area (“dedicated area” with a link to the ORDERS section), after registering, you will be able to keep track of the status of your order, from first entry to successful shipment/delivery, with relevant photographic evidence of the material present and packages. Registration to the area is possible only after the first order confirmation is received from the customer.
